Applied Automation has been in business since April 2000 servicing private and federal government entities nationally. Our solutions team consists of engineers, technical experts, six sigma personnel, and product specialist with many years of experience.  Our diverse team allows us to provide the latest and most innovative technology for our customers. This is most important because it allows us the opportunity to provide "best practices" and "knowledge sharing" experiences internally and with our customers where applicable.

Many years of business relationships with leading manufacturers, distributors, and product engineers allows us to provide innovative technology to our customers at competitive pricing, quality, quantity and delivery. We have an extensive proven record of successfully implementing small, medium, and large-scale industrial control, factory automation and build-to-print systems that continues to deliver optimum results for our customers.
 
Applied Automation is a successful graduate of the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program. As a federal Prime Contractor, we successfully completed many small to large scale turn-key factory automation system upgrades for DLA, DOD, and other federal agencies. We have provided build-to-print, retrofits, turnkey system modifications, preventative maintenance programs and asset management programs.  Applied Automation is currently Federal SBA HUBZone certified.

The principal has over 30+ years of experience in factory automation and industrial technology, holds a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, an AAS in Electronics Engineering Technology, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.  Additional experiences include engineering management, process engineering and project management.  Prior to Applied Automation, industrial experience includes over 15 years employment with one of the largest flat-glass manufacturing facilities in the world.
